Cancellation Policy

Responsibilities: - Attend scheduled appointment consistently - Attend all scheduled sessions - Arrive on time - Participate actively in all aspects of the counseling session: asking questions, completing assignments. - Cancel no less than 24 hours in advance if unable to attend a scheduled session - Missed sessions without prior notification will be considered a "No Show" and will forfeit prepaid fee associated with the session or will be billed as a regular session, and the rescheduled session will be charged with the next invoice - 3 "No Show" or repeated cancellations may be subject to suspended or discontinued services - Be open and prepare sessions by determining what needs to be discussed during the session
